A C-movie is coming that seems suitable as a remake thanks to some really prime young star casting. The movie is called My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday with the Chinese title Reverse Counting Love You, but the original Japanese movie is called Boku wa Ashita, Kinou no Kimi to Date Suru (Tomorrow’s Me, Went on a Date with Yesterday’s You). The original was released in 2016 with Fukushi Sota and Komatsu Nana telling the love between two people with a fantasy time-related twist. The C-version stars Chen Fei Yu and Zhou Yu in a very age-appropriate casting and even better they can emote and always demonstrate onscreen chemistry with costars. The movie is slated to be released in 2022 from the date on the poster but it’s two months left so perhaps a holiday season movie towards year end.
