K-actor Song Joong Ki has been in Europe for months now to film his movie I Name is Loh Kiwan and also awaiting the birth of his first child with new wife Katy. So it’s a short jaunt to head over to the South of France for the premiere of the movie Hopeless where he is the supporting male lead in what is essentially a guest star appearance of sorts to rookie actor Hong Xa Bin. He shared two pictures on his SNS looking like a very happy to be there member of the production and also coolly talking in the movie world vibe that is Cannes during the two weeks of the festival.

Also going to Cannes: Sleep (Lee Sun Kyun and Jung Yumi) and Spider Web (Song Kang Ho, director Kim Jee Woon). I think Sleep did very well in its screening.
