There’s a delicate balance when doing a drama with a mysterious element in doling out the reveals without leaving viewers too confused and in the dark. So far tvN Sat-Sun drama Memories of Alhambra is doing a solid job at that, we know Park Shin Hye‘s character’s younger brother played by Chanyeol wrote a AR quest game set in Granada, Spain and the went missing. It’s played off on an AR contact lens developed by Hyun Bin‘s tech chaebol company’s innovation, and he’s got a beef with his former partner who stole his first ex-wife and wants to own the rights to this game at all costs. Oh, and also beat the dude in the AR game with swords, because which nerd wouldn’t want to win over a hated opponent in a pretend battle. The new stills show the two competitors finally locking swords at a night battle and Park Shin Hye’s character dramatically playing a guitar with a vibrant red veil indicating this image may be of her AR avatar as created by her brother.
