Within a week of LYF2 airing, Tan Jian Ci is just behind Yang Zi in the hot buzz chart and reportedly the highest buzz numbers for any actor or actress playing a special role (not either of the two leads). iQiyi was toying between premiering it’s period drama Go East starring Tan Jian Ci and Zhou Yi Ran now to capitalize on it but has decided to wait until right after the Olympics ends in mid-August and premiere it then.
