I feel like K-actor Jo Byung Gyu was thisclose to a breakout after The Uncanny Counter but whatever is the truth about his alleged bullying scandal the fallout is the reality has has to face. His two year break and then less than buzzy return with The Uncanny Counter 2 just shows that stars have to strike when the iron is hot because buzz is fleeting and there are always up-and-comers in the next wave. Apparently his first test came back for public service and you know netizens will only tsk tsk that he’s using physical claims to skirt doing active duty. He’s asked for a re-test and hopes to enroll for active duty. This is the most he can do and if it still comes back public service at least he won’t get accused of trying to dodge full service.
