Park Byung Eun Upends His Life for Seo Ye Ji as Part of Her Revenge Plan in New Preview and Stills for tvN Melodrama Eve

A Koala's Playground Posted on by

Revenge is a dish best served cold but try as I might this entire plot just sounds absurdly implausible and therefore comes across as silly. Upcoming K-drama Eve sells itself with overwrought visuals and intense emotions on everyone’s faces but the core revenge that sets the train in motion is predicated on the thin possibility that a cold, calculating billionaire … Continue reading →

A Koala's Playground Posted on by

The list of sageuks that put the word Joseon next to an occupation or action is long indeed and unfortunately the last one was the dumpster fire that got cancelled in two episodes with Joseon Exorcist, but there’s Joseon Gunman and Joseon Survival and you get the drift. Now comes Joseon Lawyer, a webtoon that will be adapted into a … Continue reading →

A Koala's Playground Posted on by

Gosh, I was hoping for the recent resurgence in popular buzzy dramas to continue with newcomers keeping the viewership. But alas it does not appear to be the case. A Koala's Playground Posted on by

Nearly doubling the ratings these days is a success into itself and for breaking the double digit ratings mark it also a major win. SBS Fri-Sat drama Again My Life did just that this weekend, with Friday’s episode 9 hitting 10.1% and Saturday’s episode 10 dipped slightly to 9.6%. It’s definitely a moderate success for SBS with higher ratings than … Continue reading →

A Koala's Playground Posted on by

Okay, I can totally see this but also totally never see it happening. But if fan casting and fan fiction wants to run with it then it’s a very suitable pairing.
