When you’ve been around K-ent long enough it’s just a matter of when for many K-stars to get lobbed a bully allegation or worse. Not most though, there are still plenty of stars whom have never misbehaved in private to warrant fear of public reveal, but there are more stars than we know of who have and it’s just not … Continue reading →

The announcement of the second and third seasons of horror thriller Sweet Home means Song Kang will continue his streak at Netflix‘s favorite South Korean son. It may seem inexplicable or anathema to the International viewers for why he’s so popular but so far he has many successes and even the less successful dramas the failure was not attributed to … Continue reading →
The streaming only K-dramas continue to sneak up on me and also leave me tons to catch up on. I’m still behind on Kiss Sixth Sense and just caught one episode of Yumi’s Cells 2 so far. Coupang Play has another K-drama on deck called Anna starring Suzy as the titular Anna along with Kim Joon Han and Jung Eun … Continue reading →

We’re two days away from learning whether ambitious new tvN fantasy fusion sageuk Alchemy of Souls will excite viewers with the different and hopefully innovative story or crash on takeoff for being too weird or unwieldy.
