Since I’ve yet to start new tvN Wed-Thurs drama Flower of Evil I can’t comment on the plot, acting, or production yet but purely on audience interest it’s not off the the right trajectory start. Episode 1 got 3.4% ratings but dropped to 2.860% in episode 2, despite audience interest and early positive reviews and commentary, not to mention popular … Continue reading →

Man, even writing this article feels so fraught with landmines, I guess the old fashion idea of cheating still feels like it deserves some biblical punishment of sorts. Or not, leave it up to the people involved. And the people involved in this cheating scandal has quite a lot going on right now. TW-ent is abuzz with the sudden announcement … Continue reading →
I’ve been so much chatter about Ong Seung Woo, the rising young actor who got his start as a member of Wanna One after coming in 5th in Produce 101 second season. Apparently he trained as an actor but was also talented in singing and dancing so his agency sent him to Produce to get some experience. Last year he … Continue reading →
First off, the South Korean movie theaters have been re-opened since June but there is always going to be asterisk on tickets sold for movies during this COVID-19 period. The theaters are blocking every other seat so each showing can only sell half the tickets as before so it will never be apples to apples to compare a movie that … Continue reading →

The latest to announce a change in status is TW-singer Wilber Pan, posting on his SNS this week that he was already married after … Continue reading →

One of my faves is back and its fitting that he’s taking over for another fave going away. Eider released the first CF stills for its upcoming Fall 2020 ad campaign featuring Kim Woo Bin and Han So Hee. Long time spokesperson Park Bo Gum is also in the campaign but it’ll likely be his last as he’s heading to … Continue reading →
Hoo boy was there was lot to unpack and digest in episode 12 of It’s Okay to Not be Okay. The signs where there all along that Moon Young’s mom may (1) not be dead, and (2) may be more evil than simply an emotional child abuser. The possibility that she may be the butterfly killer of Kang Tae and … Continue reading →
