Two bigwigs are working together soon, with box office champ Hwang Jung Min already confirmed talks are ongoing with Hyun Bin to make this pairing happen. He was the antagonist in The Negotiation but in Bargaining … Continue reading →

Han Ji Min and Shin Mina in Talks to Join Jo In Sung and Nam Joo Hyuk in New Screenwriter Noh Hee Kyung Drama
Holy two leading actresses of the same generation for the price of one, one critically acclaimed screenwriter that it. Nam Joo Hyuk to Join Jo In Sung in New Noh Hee Kyung Penned K-drama
Nam Joo Hyuk is back on my total love list thanks to The Light in Your Eyes (Dazzling). It wasn’t even his drama to carry, that was for Kim Hye Ja and Han Ji Min in a brilliant tandem, but Nam Joo Hyuk needed to hold his own opposite them and he did that confidently. I’m even more thrilled that … Continue reading →

Viewers Eager to Know Whether Flirty Lee Do Hyun or Sweet Lee Tae San is IU’s Past Love in Hotel Del Luna
I totally knew it wasn’t Lee Do Hyun‘s Chun Myung right off the bat as IU‘s past love in Hotel Del Luna. Lee Tae San‘s Yeon Woo is too cute to just be her platonic sidekick, plus the way she was so worried about him and so happy to see him after being separated in the robbery spoke volumes. But … Continue reading →
K-actress Kim Yoo Jung to Star in Solo Variety Show Kim Yoo Jung’s Half Holiday in Italy
I think the idea is cute and the star ready for this type of new adventure, it’s just a tad worrying because K-netizens tend to have their claws out for her. Kim Yoo Jung is/will be headed to Italy for an upcoming reality show for the cable network Lifetime. It’s called Kim Yoo Jung’s Half Holiday in Italy and will … Continue reading →
tvN Releases First Teaser for Subway Procedural Drama Catch the Ghost with Moon Geun Young and Kim Sun Ho
The idea of a K-drama set around subway cops does sound rather dull, or more accurately not very compelling with the crime elements. I’m only interested in upcoming tvN drama Catch the Ghost for lead Moon Geun Young despite the premise but then I watched the just released teaser and found it way cooler than expected. Moon Geun Young’s narration … Continue reading →
IU and Yeo Jin Gu Promote Hotel Del Luna in Marie Claire Korea August Edition
Expectation is often the enemy of satisfaction, when we think too highly of something before sampling it then it tends to seem less than stellar simply because it could not match up to our hopes. I had zero expectation of tvN drama Hotel Del Luna especially after how much the Hong Sisters burned me with their last fantasy drama Hwayugi … Continue reading →
