The top J-actresses appear to have a stranglehold in the audience love for the past decade and probably even earlier almost 15 years. A top J-news publication held a poll of viewers to pick their top J-actress of 2022. To no surprise Ayasa Haruka continues her perch in the top spot followed by Aragaki Yui second and Nagasawa Masami rounding out the top three. These ladies are mainstays in ever single top or favorite J-actress poll. Fourth is Kitagawa Keiko, then Fukada Kyoko in fifth, then sixth is Amami Yuki, with Ishihara Satomi in seventh place. A few newer names then come along eighth going to Hashimoto Kanna, then Hirose Suzu in ninth and the top ten is finished up with Arimura Kasumi. A few are married and some have babies so it’s nice to see that J-audiences isn’t all about the young single actresses.
