K-ent Believes its a Two-way Race for 2023 Baeksang Drama Best Actress Between Late Arrival Song Hye Kyo and Early Frontrunner Park Eun Bin

Oh this is going to be a FUN not to mention nail biting year at the 2023 Baeksang Arts Awards coming soon. There are plenty of potential nominees in both the movie and drama categories but the one competition K-ent is most excited over is Best Actress in Television with the thought that it’s a two-way race between Park Eun Bin for Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Song Hye Kyo in The Glory. I don’t disagree, those two brought both acting and ratings/buzz/viewership so call it critical and popular acclaim. Normally K-awards tend to favor seniority so if there are two equal nominees the veteran almost always wins over the younger star. But this time it’s not so clear, with Park Eun Bin being THE talk of 2022 with Attorney Woo seemingly making her a lock to win only to have Song Hye Kyo burst out of the gate at the very last day of the year and dominate all conversation in this early quarter in 2023. My personal thought is that Song Hye Kyo may be her best shot to win whereas I fully expect Park Eun Bin to be a regular Best Actress nominee for many years to come.
