The 2024 slate of K-dramas continue to bubble to the surface now that we’re at the end of 2023 and a big sageuk on deck next year will be tvN drama Sejak (meaning Spy). It’s totally a hate-love type of twisted romance with the King and the woman who tries to seduce him for revenge but ends up falling in love. Jo Jung Seok and Shin Se Kyung are cast as the leads and I totally thought these two have worked together before but this will be a first time here. The drama is from the screenwriter of The Crowned Clown and the PD of Untouchable and The Good Detective. The supporting leads are also confirmed as Lee Sin Young and Park Ye Young.
