So the Lee Seon Kyun drug use scandal currently under police investigation may involve a time frame much earlier than recent days in terms of the blackmail aspect. His own agency revealed that he had been blackmailed as part of this matter and turns out he paid the blackmail reportedly around $250,000 USD in dollar value. Unless he so rich … Continue reading →
So PD Ahn Pan Seok really loves illicit affairs haha, but manages to make the covert lovers always come across as made for each other and gets the viewers to root for them. There is Secret Love Affair, Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food, and Spring Night, all just loving shot and brilliantly acted. Up next is his K-drama Graduation … Continue reading →
Y’all love a good melon and this one is good in that it’s entertaining and rather harmless to reputation. Period homespun story C-drama Romance on the Farm premiered recently and so far the reviews and viewership is decent, from the outside reminds me of New Life Begins but swap out farm life for palace life. Starring Zeng Shun Xi and … Continue reading →
My desire to talk about SBS drama My Demon is way less than wanting to watch it, and feeling like descriptors about the previews and promos don’t do it justice compared to just seeing it with your own eyes. The first official poster is out and it’s beyond glorious, so beautifully posed and framed and the two leads Kim Yoo … Continue reading →
Sigh, when one is in the news for all the wrong reasons is just so disappointing to see. K-actor Lee Seon Kyun has been confirmed to the top actor L who earlier in the day was reportedly under investigation for illegal drug use after a police bust at an entertainment establishment. The cops were tipped off and went there hence … Continue reading →
This week was the press conference for Doona! with Suzy and Yang Se Jong and the two leads were matching in formal attire. I think they will look adorable onscreen together but K-netizens were less than happy with Yang Se Jong at the press conference because he looked chubbier. I agree he doesn’t look his best but he’s not fat … Continue reading →
Welp it’s been like half a year since K-ent had a big drug use scandal, that was Yoo Ah In back in February, so let’s wait and see who is revealed this time. K-ent is reporting that top actor L is being investigated for illegal drug use. shocking reveal and sadly there is one actor’s name being discussed by K-netizens … Continue reading →
The latest posters and previews for Castaway Diva continue to really make a dreamy presentation for being stranded on a deserted island. The drama posters really romanticize and glamorize what happened to her, being stuck on an island for 15 years except here she doesn’t look like a near crazed feral animal and more like a Flintstone’s character. I don’t … Continue reading →
I love good dorky fun and the agency game day at King Kong Entertainment with tons of big Korean stars is exactly that. I love the color coordinate teams, Lee Dong Wook wearing his sunglasses looking like a gangster while being team pink the entire time, Go Ara literally the exact same nearly 20 years later still, and Shin Seung … Continue reading →
So there’s a new period C-drama that premiered last few days, Scent of Time with Zhou Ye and Wang Xing Yue. That Zhou Ye already gets first billing is pretty funny to me, don’t get me wrong she’s so cute looking and has potential but her acting is still quite green. The drama has her female lead die after doing … Continue reading →
There is no word yet on when C-drama The Legend of Shen Li will air but the drama is definitely a high profile S+ level drama with Zhao Li Ying as the top billing female lead and reuniting with her Princess Agent‘s male lead Lin Geng Xin. The promos so far look great but the latest filming stills to come … Continue reading →
So in one month I’m going to have a handsome demon to go along with my adorable dog, meaning the SBS drama My Demon premiering to join my current new love A Good Day to be a Dog. Both are fantasy tales with one conceit but with two leads I like/love and a whole lotta pretty visuals. My Demon is … Continue reading →
There is no right decision when it comes to career women and how to balance work and home after having a baby. It’s the eternal give and take and sometimes things work itself out after a time. K-actress Kang Sora married in 2020 to a doctor and they couple welcomed their first child in 2021. She came back earlier this … Continue reading →
