Well this is an interesting pairing, setting aside the age difference at least I can see potential chemistry between them. K-ent is reporting that Lee Jung Jae and Lim Ji Yeon has been offered the leads in the K-drama Petty Romance, which from the title clearly establishes its genre. Lee Jung Jae plays a very popular typecast as a detective actor who desperately wants to change his image by starring in a romance drama. Lim Ji Yeon is a former hard hitting political beat reporter demoted to covering the entertainment section of the news. I can already smell the meet cute and taste the bickering to come. The drama is from the PD of Good Partner and the screenwriter of Doctor Cha.
