So I’ve written about this novel being adapted into a drama before. Late last year it was rumored to be wanting Dylan Wang and Zhao Lu Si, but her health and hiatus situation has stymied taking on a new project and Dylan ended up picking Live Long and Prosper. The drama has the literal title Why Not Cross By Boat … Continue reading →
This is certainly a likely fast fall before a star even got a chance to become famous. TBH I don’t really feel bad because it all happened because she wanted to show off, though young girls tend to want to look pretty and rich so it’s also rather predictable to have happened. C-actress Huang Yang Tian Tian wore over $300K … Continue reading →
The success of airdropped Tencent period romance C-drama The Prisoner of Beauty has immensely benefited male lead Liu Yu Ning in addition to cementing the return of female lead Song Zu Er. Her back-to-back airdropped dramas TPoB and the earlier The Demon Hunter’s Romance all got strong buzz and reportedly she’s back to the same level as before with her … Continue reading →
It’s been slow for me in K-drama land but with the end of May arrival of Good Boy on jTBC and then the mid-June arrival of Our Movie on SBS there are two dramas I’m looking forward to that could potential hold my interest. Our Movie from synopsis sounds like a true classic melo, with Namgoong Min playing a movie … Continue reading →

Talk about self-owning and likely shooting herself in the foot, and maybe her entire family as well. Young C-actress Huang Yang Tian Tian recently celebrated her 18th birthday and held a lavish party to commemorate her coming-of-age, which is great and all but what she wore incited C-netizen scrutiny and criticism. She wore a pair of USD $320,000 Graff diamond … Continue reading →
So at least the female lead casting carousel went fast this time rather than dragging on for weeks into months. Filming has commenced for the modern romance C-drama Dazzling and the leads will be Guan Xiao Tong and Li Yun Rui. He’s been linked to the project for weeks but she became the unexpected female lead pick after the production … Continue reading →

We’ve passed the midway point of May woo hoo which means it’s closer and closer to the premiere of jTBC drama Good Boy. I’ve been in such a K-drama slump since When Life Gives You Tangerines and it’s only fitting that another Park Bo Gum drama will bring me back to K-drama land from his prior one. Good Boy isn’t … Continue reading →
While being super addicted to currently airing C-drama The Prisoner of Beauty, I’m still majorly anticipating and excited for the adaptation of Legend of the Female General as I love that novel even more. The drama was supposed to air around lunar new year earlier this year but was pulled due to scandal of the supporting male lead and his … Continue reading →

Young and relative rookie K-actor Kim Jae Won has been confirmed to play Yumi’s third and final love … Continue reading →
