Ooooh, melon and behind the scenes cattiness, I love it! Melons are of course rumors so take it with a grain of salt. C-drama My Journey to You can be summed up as a mixed bag, it got viewership and buzz but was split down the middle in terms of likes and dislikes. It didn’t hurt the careers of director … Continue reading →
I feel like the big hammer has come down on K-actor Yoo Ah In after his drug arrest and investigation earlier this year but he hasn’t yet really felt the brunt of his criminal ways. At most he was summoned for long interrogations but an earlier request for detention was not granted by the court. This week Seoul prosecutors submitted … Continue reading →

The casting round robin for the third and last chapter of the Fox Spirt Matchmaker drama adaptation series continues and I won’t be surprised if the confirmed leads won’t materialize until the second chapter currently filming wraps. The Wang Quan chapter is now rumored to star Chen Fei Yu and Yang Chao Yue, with the former still regrouping after a … Continue reading →
Period C-drama My Journey to You ended unexpectedly this Friday as iQiyi went from a snail pace one episode a day to dropping the final 7-episodes in one sitting for the finale. Now that it’s over, I can safely say this is my second favorite summer 2023 C-drama after Lost You Forever but totally it’s own unique specimen in an … Continue reading →
It’s been many years since mega hit fantasy K-drama Goblin which is still a fave of mine because I can just watch the stuff I like about it. Male leads Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook were fan favorites during the airing of the drama for their goblin and grim reaper bickering friendship and there was a lot of promo … Continue reading →
Until I watched Park Kyu Young in one of my fave rom-coms Dali and the Cocky Prince I didn’t find her all that suitable as a romantic leading lady. Afterwards I realized she’s not just a natural at the rom-com cadence but she has excellent chemistry with her leading men, she had it in spades with both male leads in … Continue reading →
