There are a lot of hit movies from one country that can easily be adapted to another and it does sometimes help with exposing a great story to more audiences. The hit 2018 C-movie Us and Them starring Zhou Dong Yu and Jing Bo Ran will be getting a K-remake and now the leads are announced as Moon Ga Young and Koo Kyo Hwan. K-netizens worry the two give off the same acting aura as the original leads but I’ve heard the script is amazing so with two able to act K-leads I think it’s a promising start for the remake of a story about two same hometown young people who find love and real life complicated and meaningful.
